Task Types

Manage task types, their optional Task Type Status vocabularies, and their optional deliverable checklists (§4.5). A type may define statuses, a checklist, both, or neither. Checklist defaults snapshot-copy onto new tasks of the type — editing them never rewrites existing tasks.
